4 days ago I discovered what the rhomboid muscle was. . . The hard way.
If you have ever pulled or torn this muscle then you understand the special kind of hell it is.
I could not for the life of me figure out how I did it. Sure, I’ve been cleaning out a few closets and moving furniture around. . . but nothing that would injure myself (I think). My husband suggested I moved something and pulled it. But I resisted that notion. I’ve been moving and lifting DIY projects for over 20 years and I thankfully learned a long time ago how to lift properly.
After day two of excruciating pain and no sleep – this bit of shiny is what I came up with. It was to be my new water pitcher that I keep on my desk.
Isn’t it lovely?!
We picked it up last week whilst enjoying a bit of thrift therapy.
Sadly I’m going to have to rethink my plans to use it on my desk (boo!) or get a bigger water glass.
